Terms of Sale
The "on-line" contract, accepted on the website www.nbl-italia.it, is intended as stipulated between NBL s.r.l. (Nail & Beauty Lounge s.r.l.), with registered office in - Via Dosio 58, 50142 Firenze C.F and VAT number 01330550524, and a Consumer, through an electronic sales system called e-commerce. By Consumer we mean, in relation to contracts for the sale of goods or the provision of services, the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out. With the term e-commerce we refer to all those activities and exchanges of information that revolve around economic transactions between individuals and organizations, including public administrations. This contract must therefore be concluded exclusively through the electronic channel called "Internet", at the address www.nbl-italia.it Below are the conditions of sale established by the supplier, which will remain effective until they are modified by the same. Any changes, corrections or updates will be reported in the appropriate section dedicated to the conditions of sale available on the website www.nbl-italia.it and will be effective from the time of their publication.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all Product prices and shipping and delivery costs indicated on the website and in the Order are to be considered VAT excluded and expressed in Euros. The validity of the prices indicated is always and only that indicated by the website at the time the Order is sent over the Internet. Product prices and shipping and delivery costs may vary without prior notice. Therefore, check the final sale price before submitting the relevant Order. Upon receipt of the order, if there were any price changes with respect to the prices listed therein, an email will be sent to request acceptance of the change before shipment.
The payment methods allowed are 4: PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery.
By choosing this option you will be redirected to the PayPal site to complete the transaction. IMPORTANT: Currently only Paypal payments from Paypal-verified accounts are accepted. Advance Bank Transfer
In case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, the order will be sent only when the amount due is actually credited to the NBL srl current account. The proof of the transfer, including CRO (transaction reference code), must reach NBL srl (via e-mail to email@example.com no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. Beyond this deadline, the order will be considered automatically canceled. The Customer must make a bank transfer corresponding to the amount specified in the order confirmation with the following references: Beneficiary: Nail & Beauty Lounge srl - Via Dosio 58, 50142 Firenze SUPPORT BANK: Poste Italiane SpA - Office via Frankfurt on the Oder - Scandicci IBAN: IT 69 N 07601 02800 0010 2956 0545 Reason: "Order no. Cash on delivery
In case of purchase on delivery, an additional contribution will be applied to the total amount, clearly highlighted when choosing the payment method. Payment can be made exclusively in the following ways: - with cash, exclusively up to amounts pursuant to Legislative Decree 201/2011, art. 12; - by CIRCULAR check made out to "NAIL & BEAUTY LOUNGE SRL".
How to purchase
The purchase of the Products, illustrated and described in the relative descriptive and technical sheets on the Site, is made by the Customer at the price indicated at the time the order confirmation is sent, in addition to the shipping costs and any other accessories indicated during the purchase procedure. Before confirming the purchase, the Customer will be shown a summary with an indication of the unit cost of each Product chosen, the total cost in case of purchase of multiple Products and the related shipping costs. By confirming the purchase, upon completion of the transaction, the Customer will receive an e-mail message containing the date, the total amount of their order and the details of the same.
Shipment - Shipping address.
The products will be shipped to the address communicated by you during the order. Delivery to an approved assembly center is equivalent to delivery to your home. We can accept any delivery address as long as it is on the national territory and in places served by the road network.
The courier we use is SDA Express Courier SpA If the order is made with advance payment by credit card or cash on delivery, your goods will be entrusted to the courier within 24 hours after the order confirmation (Saturday, Sunday and holidays excluded). Delivery will take place within the next 3 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded). Sicily and Sardinia require 4 working days from order confirmation, unless otherwise specified. For the smaller islands, 7 working days are foreseen, except for adverse conditions. For orders with payment by bank transfer, the order confirmation will require at least 3 more working days to allow credit to the NBL Srl account.
It is recommended to always check the conformity of the products received with the order placed. In the event that an incomplete shipment is received, the recipient must indicate the lack on the courier receipt, then he can contact NBL Srl at the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or at 055.0944875 to receive information. If it is not possible to trace or integrate the missing goods, NBL s.r.l. will refund the missing goods or collect the entire shipment if requested by the customer. Attention: in the absence of notification on the courier receipt it will not be possible to request a refund of the missing goods.
Right of Return and Withdrawal
A) Purchase of products For any reason the Purchaser is not satisfied with the purchase made, he will have the right to withdraw from the Contract, without any penalty and specifying the reasons in the Return Form, within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the 'order. The Products must be returned in the same conditions of receipt, that is, in perfect condition. It is understood that the transport risks for the return of the Products will be fully borne by the Purchaser. The Seller will take delivery of the returned Products, reserving the right to verify that they have been returned as delivered to the Buyer. To this end, it will be appropriate to cover the original packaging of the Products with other protective packaging that preserves its integrity and also protects it from writings or labels. The Seller will reimburse the Buyer free of charge the full amount paid for the purchase of the Products, with the exclusion of transport contributions and contributions for any duties, within the time limits provided for by law, and on condition that the Products have been returned in accordance with the above provisions. The aforementioned refund will be made by crediting or returning the sums paid by the Buyer for the purchase of the products according to the payment methods used. In case of purchase by credit card, the repayment time will depend on the credit card used and will in any case take place within two account statements.
B) Defective products The Purchaser will have the right to return the Product that he may have received defective within 10 days of finding the defect. The Seller will take delivery of the defective Products, reserving the right to carry out quality checks to verify the actual non-compliance. In the event of ascertained non-compliance, the Seller will reimburse the Buyer for the costs incurred for returning the defective Product, replace the Product with an equivalent or refund the purchase price including shipping costs. The aforementioned refund will be made by crediting or returning the sums paid by the Buyer for the purchase of the products according to the payment methods used. In case of purchase by credit card, the repayment time will depend on the credit card used and will in any case take place within two account statements.
